Who we want
People who have done the work. Applicators, formulating chemists, equipment technicians, specifiers, inspectors, and owners who have made a payroll off this trade. We are especially interested in people who have fixed somebody else’s coating failure and can describe what went wrong.
Who we do not want
Anyone whose pitch is a product. If the only thing you want to talk about is your own line, that is an advertisement and this is not the place for it.
How it works
- Remote recording, roughly 45 to 60 minutes. A USB microphone and a quiet room is enough; we are not precious about it.
- No pre-approved questions, no script. We will tell you the general territory beforehand.
- Guests are not paid, and guests do not get editorial approval over the cut. We edit for length and clarity, not to change your position.
- If you say something you regret, tell us before it airs and we will pull it. That courtesy does not extend to changing a technical claim after the fact.
