Who we are

What we collect
- Email list. If you sign up for launch notifications we store the email address you give us and the date you gave it. Nothing else is required.
- Contact messages. If you email us or use a form, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
- Comments. If commenting is open on a post, WordPress stores the name, email, and comment text you submit, plus your IP address for spam filtering.
- Server logs and analytics. Standard web request data: IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We do not add people to the list because they contacted us about something else. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
WordPress sets cookies if you leave a comment or log in. Analytics, where used, sets its own. You can block or delete all of them in your browser and the site will still work.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing the address above. We will do it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, that request is a GDPR right; if you are in California, it is a CCPA right; we handle both the same way, which is to say we just do it.
Retention
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years. Comments stay as long as the post does.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will date the change at the top and, for anything affecting the email list, say so in an email.
